Mission

Our goal is simple: help you achieve yours. Our Traditional Health Workers (THWs) and Center for Independent Living (CIL) staff support people with disabilities through personalized empowerment, public health action plans, resources, and ongoing check-ins. We know what it's like to face challenges, and we use that experience to listen, understand, and help you through yours.
